WHY SPONSOR THIS EVENT?
Sponsoring The Ingenuity Project’s 2026 Student STEM Research Symposium is an investment in the next generation of STEM innovators and leaders. Sponsors gain meaningful visibility and direct engagement with emerging talent.
- All sponsors are invited to the Donor and Alumni Network Reception which proceeds the 2026 Student STEM Research Symposium.
- Presenting and Title Sponsors are provided an information table at the reception. Presenting Sponsors can position their organization at the forefront of the Reception by providing the opening address to reception guests.
- Your Sponsorship underwrites the cost of Ingenuity’s Research Program, event transportation, Loyola’s event staff, and the development and publication of the annual conference proceedings. Sponsors will receive special recognition in the print and online Symposium Program Proceedings book, in addition to Ingenuity’s print and online 2026 Annual Report.

$10,000 – PRESENTING SPONSOR
Representative from the presenting institution or company recognized as a host for the Donor & Alumni Networking Event and during the Symposium’s evening session in the auditorium. Recognition in the Ingenuity Newsletter e-blast to 3,000 households, an information table at the Donor and Alumni Networking Reception, a full-page inside cover advertisement in the print and online program booklet, listed on all event signage during the program and listing in the Ingenuity print and online Annual Report, in addition to logo on the Ingenuity website for one year.
$5,000 – TITLE SPONSOR
Includes an information table at the Donor and Alumni Networking Reception, a 1-page advertisement in the print and online 2026 Research Symposium program, listing in the print and online Ingenuity Annual Report, table at Donor and Alumni Networking Reception, and logo on the website for one year.
$2,500 – STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP SPONSOR
Includes a logo in Ingenuity’s Research Symposium program booklet. Recognition in the print and online Ingenuity Annual Report. Provides $500 scholarships to seniors at the end of year awards banquet in your company or university’s name.
$1,500 – STUDENT SUMMER RESEARCH SPONSOR
Includes a logo in our Research Symposium program booklet and provides full support for one Ingenuity student’s summer research.
