Celebrating the Brown IGNITE Fellowship – Cohort 2
The Brown IGNITE Fellowship, a collaboration between The Ingenuity Project and Brown Advisory, is cultivating Baltimore City’s next generation of leaders in STEM and finance.
Now in its second year, the program engages high-achieving Baltimore Polytechnic Institute high school students in a year-long journey of mentorship, leadership training, and hands-on projects. Through mentorship and real-world learning, Brown Advisory professionals guide fellows in translating classroom knowledge into action, cultivating confidence in financial literacy and investing.
This partnership not only deepens Brown Advisory’s community impact but also strengthens Baltimore’s pipeline of future STEM and finance professionals. Together, we are investing in youth leadership that will shape a more innovative and equitable future for our city.

We’re Stronger Together — Join Ingenuity’s Fall Giving Campaign Today!
This fall, The Ingenuity Project invites you to celebrate what makes our community truly special — the power of being Stronger Together.
For nearly 30 years, Ingenuity has been fueled by the dedication of families, alumni, educators, and supporters who believe in the brilliance of Baltimore’s young STEM scholars. Whether you’ve watched your child grow through Ingenuity’s rigorous program or you once walked the halls yourself, your connection to this community continues to make a difference.
Your support during our Fall Giving Campaign ensures that the next generation of Ingenuity students can access the same life-changing opportunities that shaped your journey — from challenging coursework and mentorship to the confidence to pursue big dreams in science, technology, engineering, and math.
When we give, mentor, and advocate together, we create lasting impact. That’s what Stronger Together means, a shared commitment to ensuring Ingenuity students thrive for generations to come.
Make your gift today and help us continue to open doors for Baltimore’s future innovators.
