With new leadership and talented teachers, we’re excited to deepen our STEM initiatives and foster an even stronger student community. Recent Promotions:
Dr. Nicole Rosen (7-year Research Director) was promoted to High School Director,
Alka Sharma (15-year Math teacher) was promoted to Middle School Director,
Keyha Royster (Admissions Manager) was promoted to Middle School Dean, and
Nicole Mullins (Office Administrator) was promoted to Operations Manager.
New Hires:
Nijhier-Aleem Jules (Development Director) brings a decade-long track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar education and leadership initiatives, including roles with USAID and the U.S. Department of State.
Ian Nelson (Research Director) has 10+ years of teaching experience and a strong science and engineering background.
Faith Hudnall (High School Dean) is a Poly Ingenuity alum who recently completed her Master’s in Neuroscience.
Ashley Patrick (Admissions Manager) joins us after 10 years teaching in City Schools.
Joshua Mann (Roland Park Math Teacher) bring his strong math background and experience teaching in City Schools.
Rachel Nicholson (Office assistant) has joined Ingenuity having moved east after graduating from Cal Poly Pomona.
